2024 Self Pay Rates

Individual Sessions with a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor:

• Initial Assessment (50 minutes) -$150
• Individual Session (50 minutes)- $125
• Weekend Session (50 minutes)- $200

Individual Sessions with a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (Texas Residents only):

• Initial Assessment (50 minutes) -$110
• Individual Session (50 minutes)- $100
• Weekend Session (50 minutes)- $125

*A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate has their Masters Degree in Counseling and has passed their licensure exams, however they are not an Licensed Professional Counselor until they have completed 3,000 hrs of therapy experience. 

*Late Cancellation Fee: The FULL cost of the session (A late cancellation is a no-show or cancellation under 24 hours from the scheduled start time of a session for any reason. This may also be charged if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.)*

Our Licensed Professional Counselors are pleased to accept a variety of insurance plans to facilitate this accessibility. If you carry insurance coverage through any of the following providers, you may be eligible for counseling services at our practice:

1. Oscar Health: We are a preferred provider with Oscar Health, dedicated to providing you with comprehensive mental health support.

2. United Healthcare: Our practice is committed to partnering with United Healthcare to ensure that our clients receive the care they need for their mental well-being.

3. Oxford: We are in-network with Oxford, allowing us to offer our counseling services to individuals covered by their insurance plans.

4. Cigna: As an approved provider with Cigna, we are equipped to offer our counseling services to Sign insurance members seeking support for their mental health concerns.

5. Aetna: Our practice is pleased to accept Aetna insurance, enabling us to extend our services to individuals covered by their plans.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and HSA.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
