My approach to therapy is curious, compassionate, and collaborative. I meet each client where they are while helping them build practical skills to understand their emotions, navigate challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping. In our work together, clients are encouraged to be true to themselves, strengthen their self-awareness, and recognize the strengths they already possess.

I work especially well with adolescents ages 12–17 who may have difficulty understanding what they are feeling, why they feel that way, or how to respond when emotions become overwhelming. My clients may be navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, family conflict, explosive anger, or significant stress. I offer a supportive space where teens can explore the “why” behind their experiences without judgment.

With experience and training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help young people become more mindful of their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and personal warning signs. Through thoughtful challenges, practical skills, and collaborative behavioral experiments, we work together to discover what genuinely helps each client feel more confident, capable, and in control of their life.
